Vc99 Terms & Conditions — please read before using the platform

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between vc99 (referred to as the "Platform" or "we") and its users (referred to as "you" or "Member"). vc99 is an online Sports Betting and casino platform operating under an international gaming licence.

The following definitions apply to key terms used throughout these Terms & Conditions:

To open an account with vc99, you must meet the following eligibility criteria. By registering, you confirm that all of the following conditions apply to you:

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected from the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false details may result in account closure at any time.

• Any attempt to manipulate odds by placing bets in the same direction across multiple accounts on the same event will result in all bets being cancelled and accounts being closed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits may vary by event, and vc99 may adjust these limits at any time.
• We reserve the right to temporarily hold payments for investigation if unusual betting patterns are detected.

Vc99 supports all popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit is ৳50 BDT and the minimum withdrawal is ৳300 BDT. These limits are subject to change.
• The account used for deposits must match the account used for withdrawals — funds will be returned to the same bKash or Nagad number used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. KYC verification or security reviews may require additional time.
• To withdraw winnings generated from a bonus, the wagering requirements attached to that bonus must first be met.
• Vc99 maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy. Suspicious transactions may be held for review.
• If a withdrawal is attempted after a deposit without placing any bets, vc99 reserves the right to deduct a transaction fee.

Vc99 bonuses and promotions are designed to add extra value for our users. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The welcome bonus applies to first deposits only. Any attempt to claim it multiple times will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vc99 platform. Violations may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Using any automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or play games.
• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or sports corruption.
• Using vc99 to process funds obtained through money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain any unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Stealing account credentials from other members or placing bets on their behalf.
• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward vc99 support staff or other users.
• Exploiting any bug or glitch in the system for personal gain. Any such issue should be reported to support immediately upon discovery.

Vc99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breaching any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Submitting false or forged documents during KYC verification.
• Failure to cooperate with security verification.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months) — an inactivity fee may apply.
• When a user voluntarily submits a self-exclusion request.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded, excluding any bonus balance.

Vc99 strives to deliver the best possible service, but our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Vc99 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, power outages, or problems with the user's device.
• Vc99 is not liable for issues caused by third-party payment gateways or banking systems.
• Vc99 is not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.
• Betting is a risky activity. vc99 is not responsible for any losses or loss of funds resulting from bets placed.

Vc99 believes betting should always be a form of entertainment, never an addiction. To support this, we have put several protective measures in place:

• Each member can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• The self-exclusion option allows you to restrict access to your account for a set period of time.
• A cooling-off period allows you to take a break from betting for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
